Metropolitan Protective Service is Walden Square’s community security provider. We are located on the rear of building 21 on the ground floor. We are available to render assistance beginning at 7 p.m. in the evening. If you wish to reach our offices during the day before we come on duty, you may leave a message for us at 617-661-0441. While the officers are on patrol, you can reach them directly at 617-908-0886. You may leave a voicemail message for them at any time on either extension. During our nighttime business hours, we are either on patrol on the property or in the security office. We are available to come to your unit to render assistance as needed, or to deal with issues on the property as they arise. If you are unsure of where to park, come to the office and check with security to make sure you are in a legal space, to avoid towing issues. We are here to help you with all your safety, security and parking needs.
